Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you accept these terms. A paid engagement begins only when Service Wirebase confirms the scope, fee, and appointment in writing. Website descriptions are invitations to enquire, not an automatic agreement to provide a service.
Our consultations provide practical relocation planning and document organisation. They are not immigration representation, legal, tax, financial, medical, translation, real-estate brokerage, or employment services. You remain responsible for decisions, applications, deadlines, and verification with relevant authorities or qualified advisers.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information, protect third-party personal data, attend agreed appointments, and use our materials only for your own household planning. You must not submit unlawful material, interfere with the website, impersonate another person, or reproduce our consultation materials commercially.
Fees, appointments, and cancellations
Fees and inclusions are stated in your written confirmation. Payment instructions are sent separately; this site has no checkout. Rescheduling, cancellation, deposits, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The website design, original text, planning frameworks, and consultation materials belong to Service Wirebase or their stated licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use personalised deliverables for your private relocation. Government information and linked third-party material remain subject to their own rights.
Availability and third parties
Administrative requirements, appointment systems, processing times, and third-party terms change without our control. We take reasonable care with sources but do not promise that a particular authority, landlord, employer, insurer, bank, or adviser will accept a document or complete an action by a particular date. Links do not imply endorsement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Service Wirebase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed opportunities, authority decisions, travel disruption, housing outcomes, or third-party conduct. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement will not exceed the fee paid for that engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please first contact info@service-wirebase.digital so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.
