Case note: more time for temporary housing
Niran and Mali planned to arrive in Hamburg with a four-week serviced flat. Their draft schedule assumed they could find a long-term apartment, obtain the landlord confirmation, register the address, and complete related administration within that period.

They extended the temporary booking before seasonal rates increased, confirmed whether Anmeldung was possible there, and separated tasks that did not require a registered address. The outcome was not a promise of faster bureaucracy; it was enough time and a fallback that matched the risk.
Case note: a document name mismatch found early
A client’s degree certificate used a shortened surname while their current passport used the full legal name. The difference surfaced during a Document Readiness Review several months before an employer-led move. We flagged it for the employer’s immigration counsel, who specified the supporting evidence required for that case.
