Controller and contact
Service Wirebase is the controller for personal data described here. Contact info@service-wirebase.digital or write to Level 8, 36 Linienstraße, Berlin 10119 with a privacy question.
Data we collect
We receive contact details and message content when you enquire; appointment and billing records when you engage us; relocation context and documents you choose to provide during a consultation; technical security logs from our hosting provider; and your cookie preference. Please do not send passport scans, identification numbers, health details, or other sensitive material through the website form.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to respond and take steps you request before a contract. Client information is used to perform the agreed consultation, maintain accounts, and meet legal obligations. Limited records may be retained for legitimate interests in security, service quality, and dispute handling. Optional analytics, if introduced, will rely on consent and remain disabled after rejection.
Sharing
Data may be handled by providers supporting email, secure document storage, video calls, invoicing, professional advice, and website hosting under suitable obligations. We do not sell personal information. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required, or to protect legal rights where permitted.
International transfers
Because clients may contact us from Thailand and providers may operate in other countries, data can cross national borders. Where a destination lacks an adequacy decision, we use an appropriate safeguard such as contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer basis. Ask us for information about safeguards relevant to your engagement.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are generally deleted after 12 months. Consultation working files are generally removed within 24 months after the engagement; invoicing and transaction records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it. Security logs are retained for a shorter operational period. A dispute or legal hold may require extended retention.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing; and complain to a competent data protection authority. Identity verification may be needed before we act. Some records cannot be deleted while a legal retention duty applies.
Security and children
We use access controls, limited collection, secure providers, and retention rules proportionate to the information. No transmission is risk-free. Our services are intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect children’s data through this website.
