Consultation fees
Clear Fees, Defined Scope
You see the fee and the boundary of the work before confirming a session.
Fixed-fee consultations
| Consultation | Included | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Germany First-Steps Consultation | Intake review, 75-minute video call, written action plan | €165 |
| Arrival Week Planning | 50-minute video call, one-page arrival sequence | €120 |
| Document Readiness Review | Up to 25 documents, annotated inventory, 30-minute follow-up | From €210 |
Prices include applicable taxes where required. No payment is taken through this website. Once we agree on scope and time, you receive separate confirmation and payment instructions.
When a quote is needed
A larger document set, more than one destination country, multiple adult household members with separate residence routes, or employer coordination may require additional work. We describe the deliverables and quote a fixed amount before starting. There is no open-ended hourly billing without your written agreement.
What fees do not cover
Government charges, translations, notarisation, legal representation, travel, accommodation searches, deposits, insurance premiums, and fees charged by external professionals are separate. We will never collect these costs on another provider’s behalf through this website.
Choosing a sensible scope
If your central question is legal eligibility, begin with a qualified immigration lawyer rather than a planning consultation. If the route is broadly known but the order, documents, timing, and arrival arrangements are tangled, the First-Steps Consultation is usually the better fit.
